For the proper provision of services, we collect and process your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and we inform you about your rights.

Basic Information

The data controller is Personaldienst Ltd. for employee leasing, Zagreb. Your personal data is used for the purpose of registering you as potential candidates for employment and for obtaining all necessary employment documents, with the ultimate goal of concluding an employment contract. If you are employed by us, your personal data is used to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. To fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, we disclose your personal data to third parties, namely:

  • Our clients who offer jobs that interest you. They are also bound by a confidentiality agreement regarding your personal data.
  • Suppliers (who provide us with information technology services and financial and accounting management services). Suppliers are bound by contracts and legal obligations to protect the confidentiality of your personal data for the purpose of performing their functions.
  • State institutions if we determine that we are legally obliged or authorized to do so.

We store your personal data for a period of 2 years. If you are employed by us or through us, we are obligated to retain your personal data for a longer period to comply with valid legal and contractual obligations. Personal data related to taxes and financial information is stored for a period of 11 years, employment contracts, payroll records, and salary-related data are kept permanently, and all other data is stored for a period in which legal proceedings related to that data are possible.

Your rights

  • Right to access – you have the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller whether personal data is being processed and access to the data
  • Right to rectification – you have the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete personal data
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – in certain circumstances, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data and/or the erasure of personal data concerning you. The right to erasure is subject to legal rights or obligations that we must respect for data retention
  • Right to object – if you believe that our data processing is not lawful, you have the right to object to such processing based on your specific situation
  • At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data given for one or more specific purposes, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Agency)

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data; however, if we do not have your personal data, it is impossible to establish a business collaboration, nor can we provide our services.
